Here are the results.
#1 = 96psi
2 = 96 psi
3 = 96 psi
4 = 85 psi
5 = 85 psi
6 = 100 psi
I know the manual says 110 is the min psi, should I consider a rebuild or just keep plugging along and concentrate on other issues etc. Truck runs great, but has lots of electrical gremlins.

If this is a old engine just started after a long time, give it a while to see if they improve.
If it runs OK, I would drive it as is till you were really ready for a tear down. If you have no knock or rough sounds, it sure won't hurt it to drive with low compression, it will just be down on power a slight bit. A valve adjustment might help a little.

It seems to have plenty of power, so no issues there. I doubt the valves have been adjusted, ever.
I think I was the first person to take off the valve cover since it rolled off the line in st. Louis.

Before doing anything about compression, you need to do more checking into cylinder and valve guide conditions. But that can come later.
