I found a Nova site that gave me the following information. They did not say what year, but Chevrolet had a "STROKED" 250 that put out 175 hp. And i was surprised to find out Chevrolet put 2bbl intakes and carbs on 1978 Chev pickups with 250 engines. Anyone heard of the "Stroked" 250 from Chevrolet? I have a feeling, (and i don`t know why) but i think these engine/carb combo where most likely used on the intergerial head engines? What do you fella`s think or know about this? This is all quite new to me. I try and search for answers before i ask.

Too bad to, as this would stir quite a fuss when you popped the hood. | | |
