If I had the old bolts I would still use them.

I've used their products on 500+ HP round track engines with no problems at all. The parts warehouse that supplies me with internal engine rebuild parts and some high-performance stuff stocks Elgin products, and they sell a lot of them to professional shops in the Nashville area. Good stuff!
