The standard 1 horn on that model doesn't use a relay although it's a good idea to put one on. It should have a 10-12 gauge wire from the bat or junction going to the B term.on the relay. It should have a equally heavy gauge wire from the H term to the horns. The S term is hooked to the botton in the steering column. It can be small gauge wire. And, only one relay would be sufficient for the accessory dual horns.

What style horn are you using?
