I removed the three screws from the front of the cluster and I can get it to pull out about a 1/2" but thats it and it gets wedged. Am i missing a screw or fastener I cannot see, or do i just need to get rough with it?

Put a rag on the column to keep from scratching it.

Then, you pull the bottom of the cluster aka "the point" and pull that up. Kinda weird how it works, but thats how it worked for me. And a cluster that has been in there for long time takes a little more force.
And as mention,just unscrew the odometer from the cluster. | | |
