| | | | Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 1,026 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 1,026 | Started out as a $20 brake job, one month & $450 later, I've finally have the upgraded to rear discs. Had to change rearends (because I couldn't remove the spider gear pin out of the old one) and shorten the driveshaft and replace all the bearings along the way and removed a leaf to drop it just a bit but over all I think it looks pretty good. The discs are from a 98-02 LS1 & the rearend is an early 70's Camaro.

| | | | | Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 1,026 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 1,026 | Haven't got a chance to drive it yet. Had trouble starting it and discovered the seal on the tank wasn't seated properly and it was mostly water. Drained it today, will try again with fresh fuel soon.

Haven't got them completely hooked up yet. Gotta mount the hand lever inside & finish running the cables.
