Planned on hot rodding it, but it appears to be original, very complete, really straight body, some minor dents and surface rust a few places. It has the 4sp Hydramatic, 5 window. We are learning more about these early trucks, gonna enjoy it which ever way we go. Thanks for all the great information on the forum.

We do have a few pictures and will post some later. We have not even unloaded it from the trailer yet.

Welcome to the Stovebolt Hawkeye. Glad to see your going to give some thought to what you do with it. I think we all agee its your truck so do what you want but when you come across a good original its neat to keep it that way if you can and get a SECOND truck to hot rod!!!

Good luck, let us know how we can help. Look forward to seeing the pictures.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
