Woo hoo! thumbs_up

Someone finally made a clear 'pop in replacement' dome light lens for our trucks. grin

It is in the new LMC truck catalog.

Dome Light Lens - Clear : 36-4205

here is the page in the catalog on the LMC site

I just thought I'd share that tidbit.

I've been hoping someone would come out with one of these for awhile now. If you ever pop the cover off the dome light at night... you'll be amazed at how much more light there is.

Take care folks,

Wow, the clear looks much better. Thanks for the heads up.

I bet it'll throw a lot more light too... if it works as advertised.

I've got one in my truck now. Like night and day difference. With an all black cab inside it was very hard to find anything, now it's like having the garage lights on. And it's not offensively bright either, just well illuminated.

I always ran it without the lense on my old 63. I could never find anything with the stock lense on it.

Its even better when you put an LED bulb in the light too.

The glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
