Anybody have info and HOW TO and this subject. I want to use my key to power up and then push a button to start the engine.
Thanks. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 586 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 586 | You can cut the purple wire, after it leaves the neutral safety switch (with auto trans) on it's way to the starter and install a button switch on the dash. If it is a stick shift, you should see a jumper in the harness under the dash,left side. Open it up there and install your switch.Hope this helps!
