Can't seem to find a dipstick on the engine. Any clues for this?

Hi lightflyer, welcome from Scotland.
Glad you could join us with your beautiful new(old) truck.
I see this site has been useful to you already! grin

Re; The Texan contingent. There are plenty of them here.
Arguably our most famous/infamous? Texan is 'Joker'.
Who coincidentally, used to own a rather nice Red truck.
Look out for him,he's had one or two posts in the 'Greasy Spoon'!
See you around.
Jock.
