Was there ever a Chevy/GMC vehicle (car, truck,...) that had from the factory a 250ci or 292ci inline 6 engine along with a th200r4 or th700r4 transmission?

not in the USA. the 250 ended in 1979 and the 200R4 came out in 1980 for the 1981 model. The 250 continued into the 1990s in cars made in Brazil and Argentina so the combo could exist somewhere.

If anyone is interested, my research have shown me that in the mid'80s, C20 and C30 pick-ups had 292ci engines with a 700R4! Now I hope I can get a TV cable for such a combo...
