got a '57 3200 few years back. Runs, drives great..but never touched the brakes. I want to give them the once over, and change the wheel cylinders, shoes, drums (if needed).(Original style master cylinder under floor)
I see ClassicPartsofAmerica has master cylinders for $99.99, and was wondering if it was worth the 100 bucks just to throw a new one in. I have no idea of the age of the one thats in there now. Never had issues. and all the brake parts [incl the master or rebuild kit for it] should be available at your local NAPA or such [except possibly the drums], no need to spend top dollar at a specialty vendor

You can put a kit in it yourself for a lot less unless the bore is badly pitted. If it's not leaking now a cleanup with a hone should work good.
