Block casting 3769925 serial 28608 date code E 2 6 If the date code reads May 2 56 then it doesn't seem to jive with the block casting.This could be a canadian pontiac block, I see the pin hasn't been pushed in for the full flow filter.Just trying to narrow down the year. The head is an 848 with date code D 20 9. That might explain the non-standard "serial".
