Will I be able to find a short driveshaft for a C10 that will accomodate the factory 4 speed behind the 283 I pulled from a donor?

The donor was a long bed and has the slip yoke 2 piece shaft design.

The truck it's going in is a 2WD 1964 C10.

Thanks in advance.

Probably cheaper to take it to a driveshaft shop or just a machinist and shorten the one you have.
I did.

Didn't think of those guys... thanks 64FS.

How much did you cut out and from which shaft Gazim??? I'm guessing front shaft for the cut. Carrier mounting should be the same long to short. Right?
