Is there a syncro 4 speed that will bolt in without mods? The transmission is in need of rebuild or replace. thanks for addvice

The easiest way to get a syncro transmission is to use a 39-46 three speed which has syncromesh on second and third. The only difference in appearance from the cab is no reverse lock-out on the 3 speed.

I have an open rear. Maybe you could pull this off with a later 1/2 ton TT SM420 and later bellhousing with pedal mounts welded on.
