| | | | Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 190 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 190 | That terminal comes in a kit with new contact, insulators, case insulators etc. If your lucky you can replace that without removing the coils, I say this because if the wrapping on the coils is old then you risk ripping the insulation when you bend the coils leads back after you unsolder them. You just have to be careful when doing it. You also will need a good soldering tool that will heat up fast and hot. Ken | | | | Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 230 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 230 | well i was lucky and found the part's local ,with a lot of looking .the terminal that i was able to find was about 1/8 longer and had no threaded hole in it ,but a cnc hack saw and a little drill time on the mill and a 8-32 tap and we made it .but thanks for the help guy's ! | | |
