I am working on a 1937 Chevy pickup. When I bought my truck it came with standard width fiberglass rear fenders, but I want to put large wheels on the rear. I want to put wide rear fenders on my truck. I have found a few companies that sell wider fiberglass rear fenders, but are some better quality than others? Any advice would help. Thank you!

I'd be willing to trade the metal rear fenders on my '37 for FG ones but that's only because I think my truck has '36 rear fenders on it... Lots of room to tuck any width of rear tire inside them as they aren't as teardrop shaped...

I'll be watching this one with interest to see what you come up with... I know I've seen wider glass rear fenders on ebay that a guy custom makes but they'll require you to empty your wallet and back account to get 'em! frown

My truck has 2" wider rear fenders from R&R Fiberglass. They are very heavy and well made. I will send a few photos if you want. Joe

We also make 2" wider fenders for the '37 pickup and matching 2" wider running boards that transition to the stock front fenders. Been making them for 30 years with many satisfied installations.
