I bought a 1935 Panel that I plan to convert into a Suburban by adding windows. I need to get measurements of the windows from a mid thirtys suburban 35-36 I guess would be the same. I can do the metal work with no problem but a few measurements would be a good place to start, I haven't seen any at shows or close up. Can anyone help out there.. I also will be adding a 96 Vette LT1 drivetrain and rear suspension. Front suspension will be a mustang. It was used as an old school bus in wisconsin years ago and stored after retirement. Looks like a few of those years it was outside but all in all the sheetmetal is Laser straight and only one rust hole golf ball size in the rear. Its a nice clean piece for the vintage.. I plan to keep the outside very stock in appearance and run wide whites, full chrome, and make it into a nice family driver.. We drive to most of the shows and eventually want to do a coast to coast trip in it for a family vacation. I've included a picture of my target vehicle in outward appearance. Mine will be a little lower but still have wide white radials and possibly dual sidemounts, The one I have shown completed is a 36 Chevy Burb but similar in alot of ways. I'm excited to get started. I'm building this one to replace my wifes 34 Plymouth restorod I built for her 5 years ago. Thats all for now, Thanks for looking

I'm planning a cross country trip in it and my daughter would not enjoy the trip if she couldn't see outside for 6000 miles. I also love the looks of the boxy suburbans, and the idea of owning a first year vehicle. My wife and I really enjoy the conversation that driving an old car stirs when you are on a trip. Alot of stories are exchanged with the old timers.
