I was hoping there was a cheaper way. I have all new axles and suspension. Another question is...are the frames even any different? transfer case crossmember? Any help would be appreciated.

If the local yard wants $500, you need to find another yard..or buy a complete truck. The frames are different, rear will have leaf springs and the frame rises higher in front of the firewall on a 4wd.
