he has it all bolted in but now has majour clearnce issues in front, The fan will not fit becuse the water pump is about 1" away from Radiator.
Did the factory six cylinder trucks use the 4x4 moter mounting holes?
would electric Fans work in front of Radiator?

It worked fine but I thought simple was better. Mine's a 1 ton and in a 59. I am about to put a 230 in a 72 which is the same length. Be interested to see if that's going to be a problem on this truck. Engine came from a camero. | | |

Being that Chevy V-8's are so plentiful,might have been easier to stay with the 8. | | |
