Does anybody know where I can pick up a replacement sending unit that would work with the original gauges. And if so, what is the best way to install it to the original wire?

This isn't a do it yourself job. I had a feeling that that was my only option. It's for a V8, I think I'll order that one from Classic parts. Has anybody used that V8 one before? My engine is mounted pretty low and my only concern is that the wire running from the gauge to the sender may not be long enough.
