What would be the purpose (besides different) of adding fuel to a low RPM engine such as this? This is a brute for torque but not for speed. Additionally I don't think anyone makes aftermarket manifolds for the Jimmy engine so it is a moot point. | | |

And like moneypit said, the 305 was made to pull heavy loads at low speeds. If you want to run it wide open on the highway, it won't last. If you're going for performance, a V8 will make you a lot happier.
