Sorry I can't help with machine shop info but I am sure there are guys in the area that still know something about the old trucks. I would suggest going to the local cruise and ask some of the people there where they get their machine work done.

There's an excellent machine shop in Oakmont, (811 Allagheny Ave.) called Miller's Auto Service. John can handle the work and will do it reasonably. His phone number is: 412-828-1598. Tell him the Power Stroke Diesel guys sent you. May find some folks there who could help you out. Their show is Sept. 12/13 at the pennsylvania trolley museum.

When they moved it from June to August it seemed to kill the show...WAY to HOT. Give us some feedback if you go. Hey Brian M, can you take pictures of those two TF trucks and are they for sale? Thanks, Mike B PS If you see any 1-1/2 ton 1955-57 fenders for sale (must be NOS or near mint) and you don't want them, please get me a name and phone number...THANKS!!! | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 122 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 122 | Mike, Theyre under tarps, have been for a few years. I doubt if theyre for sale. i'll try to get picture. I went to Carlisle trucks two years ago and wasn't to impressed either. Too many small, minis. Not much old stuff and hardly any Napco which is what I look for. | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 19 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 19 | I'll be there Friday.
