I have a 62 with one and having a lot of trouble. Has anyone try to change on over to a linkage type or should i keep working on the cylinders? Thanks

| | | | | Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 788 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 788 | you better do a little more research on those 2 engs weights. when I removved the 453 and 5 speed the frame went up 2 3/4" and when the 283 w/t5 went in it only went back down a 1/4" bare 453 weighs in at 1150lbs, 283at what 565 lbs and everything else that attaches to either varies quite substantialy ron | | | | | Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 67 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 67 | wow sounds like it may be i do need to find a straight axle
