For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Now that they close there is about 1/4" play after they are fully closed. I suppose the rubber weatherstripping should work that out, pushing the slack out but is that how it's suppost to work? Or should it latch in one definite position with no play? There's no adjustment for that as far as I can see. Striker plates don't wear significantly do they?
Thanks,
Keith

There are two. Try moving the catches all the way out and then slam the door shut. Then start moving them in until its good.
