For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 46 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 46 | I am ready to install the 261 in my 39 1/2. It appears that I will not be able to use the stock oil pressure gauge. I hate the thought of having an under the dash add on aftermarket gauge. Is there a better option that would appear to look stock? | | | | | Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 2,074 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 2,074 | Id just use the stock one, if it's pegged you got plenty of pressure. Then put a small 80# one in the line in the engine compartment, that would be my approach. Unless you want the EXPENSIVE after market stuff. | | |
