I have a 1958 6400 2-ton Chevy and for a variety of reasons I am wanting to take the flatbed off and the 2 outside duals and drive it on the road like that for a while. Can this be done safely and without causing harm to the truck?
thanks and have a good day,

Make sure the rears are snug since you'll loose some of the thickness which the lugs tighten against. Also, because the threads where the outer wheels were might be buggered a little. Check local laws for flaps and lighting. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2000 Posts: 1,966 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2000 Posts: 1,966 | where in SEMO, if I may ask?
