For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 52 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 52 | I was watching Trucks! on Spike the other day & there had a longbed 1966 C10 that they painted a dark turquoise/green color with waterborne paint. Anyone catch that episode & know what that color was by chance? They said it was a original color for that pickup...any ideas? | | | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 289 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 289 | Links have been posted many times here for Dupont's and Auto color library websites. Try those, or search for paint chips. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 166 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 166 | Crazy link 57 StepSide,...those frikken front ends to those 66 trucks looks like my bus. Once you get to that site, you will most likely want to also look at the 1965 colors that carried over into 1966. | | | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 289 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 289 | try this. I could not find 1966 Chevrolet truck colors at the Dupont site (or 1954 Chevrolet truck colors). If you can navigate to those pages, would you please post the links?
