I will be using a small block motor and have found wiring harnesses from $125 on up. What do I need to plan for? Routing and hiding wires takes some thinking ahead. You also want to secure them and avoid abrasion. Gauges,switches,fuel sender,etc. all take time. Also grounding is very critical. I guess it's like anything else, you might as well spend a little more time, do it right and make it look good.
Just because you have a few Craftsman tools, it dosen't mean your a craftsman.

I'm guessing it took me 30 or 40 labor hours and this was my first time. Every device needs a good ground, and that's usually the hard part. | | |
