do i need this metal liner or can i just push the spacer down onto the gasket on top of the intake manifold and then put the top gasket on and then the carb? (manifold, gasket, spacer, gasket, carb, no metal liner).
i hope this isn't too confusing. thanks

I just got Jim Carter's new catalog and he's got a diagram in the back that shows carb, gasket, spacer, gasket and manifold. Both gaskets have the same #. | | |
