I have a TAN wire that is disconnected hanging from the steering column. I know it is for the horn. Where does it connect to?

the wire leading to the horn ???
just find the horn and its hot lead ,follow it back to its destination.

It would go to the relay first? I was trying to figure out where in the harness the horn take its power

Tan wire goes to the relay. The other two connections on the relay are battery and horn.

I found the plug under the dash
and a wire off the ignition switch
I think i am good to go now
