Howdy Bauke! wave

Welcome to the Stovebolt. thumbs_up thumbs_up

Your truck looks very nice. If not for the license plate, I would swear your pictures were taken in the USA.

Nice to meet you. thumbs_up

Ook gooie dag Bauke. Mijn ouders zijn van Nederland en dus kan ik ook Nederlands schrijven. Van harte welkom tot deze site. Als je iets wil weten moet het het vragen.

translated means, good day to you too. My parents are from Holland and that's why I can write in Dutch. A hearty welcome to this site. If you want to know something, just ask.

BTW, Joe, your Dutch is comical, I can tell that it's off, such as 'brother in laws' is translated as three different words while in Dutch they have one word, "swager".

By the way, you must be from Friesland, both your first and last name sound Frisian to me. Regardless of where you hail from, please feel welcome. I really like your truck!

Welcome Bauke!

Welcome to the 'Bolt and, as Jock says, it's great to have another Eurobolter (Good one, Jock!) We have some other Dutch 'Bolters but they're not very active on the forums -- you'll have to check the Gallery for them. Try the WWII military vehicles -- look for the "Bus Mobile!".

As long as we're claiming Dutch connections, I have Dutch cousins who live in Wassenaar.

Regards,
John
