Why are they riveted to the hubs?
I've heard not all are, & I'd rather remove the rivets for drum access without bearing removal. I can't see a problem with it.
Also, Are there any off the shelf tie rod sleeves that would let me convert the stock tie rod ends to heim joints, while still retaining the adjustment on the stock drag link.

many after market wheels. I dont know about the Heim joints but there are replacement tie rod ends that are a modern ball socket design to replace the old style ball & bushing.
Put a post in the parts wanted in the Swap meet & i'm sure the fellow bolters will come up with a steering arm.

If a new drum is required the rivets can be ground off and the new drum installed It is not necessary to replace the rivets. The drums are the same front and rear.
There are replacement tie rod ends and the connecting rods available from most of the aftermarket suppliers, Brothers, Truck Shop, Carter, etc.
I'm not aware of any kits for heim joints.
The steering components for 3100 and 3200 series are the same for 55-2 through 59.
