Do you have to cut the outside rubber on the windshield to get it out of the frame on a 1964 chevy pickup?
I saw a tech article somewhere that talked about how to do it on a 1959 truck, but I was wondering if mine were the same.
This article said that you cut around the rubber close to the glass and then just pop it out.
Then to put it back in you put a new seal around the glass with a piece of cord, start it in the frame and while you hold it against the frame you pull the cord, pulling the inside lip of the seal up over the frame edge.
Thanks, Mike
