I don't want to have my cylinder head rebuilt yet, so I'd like to make the valves last a little longer. Does anyone have a recommendation for a lead additive?

None. Unless you're working the engine really hard for an extended period you'll never have a problem.

It takes awhile for the valve seats to erode. They WILL erode, but it might take 100,000 miles to get bad.

I dont necessarily agree with that. So long as your not building a hotrod motor, there really shouldnt be problem for the duration of the engines life. I know theres plenty of vehicles still cruising on the roads today that havent had a problem and Id guess many of them are well over that 100K mile mark with no issues related to the valve seats.

That being said I really doubt Ill ever put that many miles on mine. grin

I don't agree either. I've put a LOT of miles on "leaded" engines using unleaded gas with no issues. I have read of folks having issues after converting to hard seats because a seat would come lose and trash the head.
