| | | | Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 117 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 117 | needing advice on welding in a repair patch on a frame at a cross member behind the cab and also where the rear spring bracket attaches to the frame it looks fairly deteriated around the bracket and has a couple holes about the size of a quarter also can you replace the rivets with grade 8 bolts thank you

To give you good advice on welding in a patch to a frame, we need a little more information. How big an area, how badly rusted the section and which crossmember?
