was pondering the idea of doing a bearing conversion on my 54 1.5 ton. does anyone have the bearing numbers for this conversion. i have gone through the national bearing book but with no success on sizes of the bearing and races.if this has been talked about im sorry but i did a search and seem to find the answer.

What are the bearing numbers you are trying to convert from ?
Are those stock bearings a tapered roller bearing but rollers are not flat instead they are barrel shaped, like a whiskey barrel ?

It can be one of two numbers depending if you have the heavy front axle. Call these guys.
