Also looks like we dodged another bullet (Ike). 1957 Chevrolet 1/2-ton Stepside LB in the Gallery My Photobucket shots The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." - John Stuart Mill (1806 - 1873) | | | | Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 3,750 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 3,750 | Once again Leonard, Nice Job! Storage in these cabs can be a problem, but with a little thought and clever fabrication anything can be achieved! I look forward to seeing the finished product. It's been good fun watching your truck 'evolve' over the past few months. Good news, you folks seem to have'missed' a visit from Ike! These welding sparks 'take no prisoners!' I am hoping to place the cab back on soon and I will post some more pics! If you ever come to "Jockland" bring some of your Florida sunshine! http://www.undiscoveredscotland.co.uk/morar/morar/index.html This is a 'wee' place Mrs Jockbolter and I like to visit. Actually the Western Isles has had a reasonable summer this year. Scotland wouldn't look like it does if we had 80/90 degree summers all the time. Guess we'll just have to put up with the "liquid sunshine" Thanks for the encouragement! Jock 1950 Chevy Advance Design 3100 in ScotlandIn the Stovebolt GalleryMore pix on Flickr.
