There is a pin on either side of the ball where the stick enters the top of the transmission case, but they don't seem to want to pull out too easily. I'm assuming they are some type of retaining pins??? Please advise so I can yank the tranny and engine this weekend  | | |

push down & turn 1/4 turn counterclockwise.
