As long as you keep it at a 3 1/2" backspace, wheels for a pre-'87 GM 4x4 will work. You will have to remove the rivets that hold the drom to the front hub to allow the wheel to seat up properly.

Lots of trucks and utility trailers have 6 lug wheels. | | | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 | Got to be carfull when you get into those import truck wheels, they run a different backspace, and will rub the drag link on a left turn. Which reminds me, make sure to specify the backspacing and that it's for GM truck. Some wheel outfits will substitute a wheel for an import truck if you go with a narrow width. Been there, done that (not on my truck, but on a customers truck).
And, yes, the full size Jeep J10 and the full size Wagoneer/Cherokee from the mid-'70s to '92 wave the same patter and backspace.

That is within the limits of the wheel. A lot of the truck vendors list custom wheels, but they do not offer custom back spaces.
