If you have any mech. expertise it should be no problem. Do not try to take the throttle or choke plates or shafts out. Make shure the power valve moves up & down & kicks the ball off the seat. Make shure there is a passagway in the base gasket for thr vacuum hole in the bottom of the carb to get vacuum from the manifold. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Google Daytona Carburetors. You might get lucky and put a kit in it and be OK.
