Is it bad or did I do somthing wrong? | | | | | Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 1,082 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 1,082 | having problems on my new install myself, but not that exact problem. did you bench bleed the master before you installed on the truck ? my instructions say put master in a vise, fill with brake fluid and wait 10-15 minutes, to let the fluid get around the shaft seal. then procede to bench bleed, pushing in on the master rod very slowly, and releasing. see, if you dont get fluid around the seal, it says it is possible to roll that seal over and damage it. not sure if that is your problem, but if you didnt bench bleed maybe that is it. good luck..i totally hate brake systems now, thanks to all the trouble i am having with mine..

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though.
