I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I thinking of putting an S-10 rear axle under my 3100 with open drive line and I know that the old drive "u-joint" doesn't fit. Will I have to make up a driveline to fit the newer differential or can I change the "yoke" to fit my old drive line? Thanks, in advance.

I do know that http://www.summitracing.com/ do conversion U.J's
Take some careful measurements and give their site a visit. You might find something that'll work. I've used one on my A.D to connect a 'Vette shaft to a Pontiac rear end. Works a treat! thumbs_up
Good luck.

Your talking 4X4 S10 pickup or blazer axle right? As the 2wd Rears are too narrow.
