I found an old ammo box which will hold all I need including a small hydraulic jack. I installed it by drilling through the holes in the bed strips into the bottom of the box. I reversed the carriage bolts and ran them through the bottom of the ammo box from below the truck and put on washers and nuts. It won't move.
