I have perfect replacement doors with perfect hinge halfs and good pins, but the cab halfs are pretty corroded and I am probably looking at drilling out what is left of the clutch head bolts to remove them. The bolts holding the hinge half’s to the cab should be non-hardened flat head Phillips with a 5/16 -24TPI. I used lots of liquid wrench and heat then with the help of an impact driver got all but two out. These I drilled and ran a tap through. On one side I had to drill and bush the hinge. They come as complete units (allegedly) and are around $40.00 per unit, so you need 4 units. They are slated for shipping in about a month. Thanks to all. | | |
