what would be the general size that it would have pulled in the day?/
thanks for the help already. with the addition of this coe and maybe a trailer in the future to what i already have i may be selling my lawn mower, since there is no grass that is not in the shade of a ole bolt.

Vacuum brakes were used into the late 40's/early 50's and them the industry standardized on full air. Does your tractor have air brakes? It had a Bendix vacuum operated hand control valve, that was mounted to the steering column, for use when applying the trailer brakes. That COE of yours would look great as a roadtractor. That's was the first thing I thought of, when I saw it. I've still got the fifth wheel off of mine, out in the shop, if your're interested in it. I remember that they both had air brakes on them. I think that they were something like 28' long.
