Put it back together this morning with the bolt kit that the vendors sell. All the hardware was there to assemble it with nothing short or left over. In fact it looks so good I have the bumper at the platers now.
I have a long ways to go yet on the truck, but maybe having all this pretty shiney stuff waiting to go on it will keep me motivated to hurry and finish it.
