Looks like most everything is there, fairly decent 5 window cab with no rot, 216 "used" to run. No bed but I have an old GMC bed I could slip on.
Question is... Is it worth trying to restore, or should I just sell / swap / trade or maybe part out. Looks like a need for good 5 window cabs.

My little web page below shows my flatbed if you scroll down a bit. I had the 8-foot box to put on but I sold it and kept the flatbed. I like it a lot.
1948 3/4-Ton 5-Window Flatbed Chevrolet 34 Years. Now with a '61 261, 848 head, Rochester Monojet carb, SM420 4-speed, 4.10 rear, dual reservoir MC, Bendix up front, 235/85R16 tires, 12-volt w/alternator, electric wipers and a modern radio in the glove box.
