I know 1988 had the power steering pump assist but I'm looking at a parts truck on E-Bay that the owner does not know if it has Hydravac. It's a 1986. I'd hate to spend the money, drive 150 miles & find it has Hydravac. Reminds me of early Chrysler PS. And then there is the question of a belt breaking and then both the steering and brakes go away. No thanks. I'll take mine straight up if you please. Might as well interface the PW with the transmission. My 70 C50 has hydrovacs, Pretty shure they changed when the body style did in 73' I have never seen one in the 80's with a hydrovac.
