They are very long and fit loose in the hub. Does anyone know what part # I should be looking for ? | | | | | Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 5,152 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 5,152 | '53 GMC What? The lug nut size is different on different models.

The PO used very long bolts and they don't seem to fit tight. He also had a spacer cut from what looks to be about 3/4" plate steel behind the rim. I want ot get rid of all that BS.

On a 1/2-ton the lugs are 7/16-20 I think.

The 9300 is the same as a 3100. It's a 1/2 ton. I found a listing for them in the LMC book, $2.95 each | | | | | Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 5,152 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 5,152 | I'd check your local parts store. You can probably get them across the counter for far less money. You'll just need to take the hub apart so you can determine the correct length to request.
